That has to be the nicest looking phone design I have ever seen. I like it better than the iPhone. It's a design by Art Lebedev, it's got WiMAX, 850 x 480 resolution, 5-position stick, and 2 cameras...1 in front, 1 in back. Also has usb connectivity, microSD slot and headphone jack. At this point in time, this is just a design concept for a company called Scartel. Don't expect it to be produced...soon.
