Capcom is releasing a new SFIV game in spring 2010. It's gonna have 8 new characters in addition to the old. Including one brand new character we've never seen before. Capcom also have touched up the old characters based on user feedbacks. This will be a stand-alone game disc and will not cost full $60 like normal PS3 and 360 games.

Here's a good look at what FFXIII will be like when it's released in the US in spring 2010. The battles scenes are NICE!

First had 3 red rings, realized it was overheating, fixed that, months later got 3 red rings again, this time it's an 0101 error, solved that by holding sync button, then power on, keep holding sync for awhile, then power off. Power on, no more red rings, middle green light stays lit, but no video and no sound.

Found out that my connection on the back of the 360 HDMI input connector wasn't making good contact, when the hdmi cable is pushed all the way in, gets no video and no sound. When I pull out the HDMI a little, like half way in, I get video and sound. I made the HDMI connector stay put half way and can't wiggle at all by using a sealing sticky foam spray around the connector and making the foam stick the the 360 plastic casing.

The no sound no video error might be a common problem, always test using the RGB cable to see if you get video and sound. I lost this cable so was stuck trouble shooting this. It wasn't a hardware problem at all as suggested by some forum members replying to others. So if you're using HDMI and get no sound and video, try my solution.

Microsoft's Project Natal - Control the Xbox, play games with your body and nothing else. No controllers. Just you. No thank you - I'm lazy.

Sony's Motion Controller - Seems fun, seems interesting - probably just for a while. Just like the Wii, you just want to try it out and that's it. I'm too lazy to wave my arms, stand up and swing, jump, bla bla.

Me stick to regular wireless controllers. When I play games, I want to relax and barely move, just my fingers only.

All this motion comotion with the Wii, Project Natal, SMC is strictly for young kids and grand nys and pas. 

The trailer for FFXIII from the 2009 E3 show is live at GameTrailers. Game to be released in 2010. In a surprised announcement, Sony said FFXIV will also be released the same year!

So this must be why it's taking so long to release FFXIII. Square Enix was actually working on 2 FF games simultaneously!

Kotaku explains FFXIII will make the 2009 release in Japan. Which means the US will get a 2010 release date. Possibly for spring.

The FFVII Advent Children Complete Bluray movie plus FFXIII demo will be out in Japan on April 16th. After playing the demo, it shows Coming Winter 2009.

The producer of FFXIII told a Japanese magazine Dengeki PlayStation 3, he thinks the game will use 100% of the PS3's power. Just like FF7 did for the PS1 and FFX did for the PS2. He also added that there will be no disc swapping issue. The Xbox 360 version will definitely suffer from it. I'm guessing there maybe 5 or 6 discs in total. However, the PS3 version, 1 Blu-ray disc, no swapping. The game development is going well and they are just finishing up the tail end of the development.
